I’d just like take a moment to say thanks a million once again for all of your hard work. For you, I’m sure it may just have been another day/several days in the office (spread out for over a year lol) when it came to working on my file, but to me it was a whole lot more than that. You helped me out of the hole I had dug myself in, and helped me get back on my feet and back on track to a new and improved me. You helped me more than I ever would have imagined when I had initially contacted you, and I appreciate you greatly for that. I was clearly in a rough position and under a lot of stress due to my financial position about a year and a half ago when I first contacted you. I was in a very desperate position of not knowing what to do, head over heels in debt and flooded with harassing and threatening phone calls and letters from creditors. It was becoming apparent that bankruptcy seemed to be the only way out. I had looked through the phone book and on the net for solutions and spent much time on numerous phone calls during my breaks and lunches at work, speaking to different debt counselors and companies of that sort and nothing seemed to fit.

Then one day, I read about debt arbitration/settlement and thought that this might be something for me, and shortly after that I came across your website. I read through your whole website and thought “Wow, this almost seems like it’s too good to be true, but I’ll give it a shot! May as well, as I’ve got nothing else to lose.”

So I gave it a shot, and called you. I was a little suspect before calling as I was expecting to most likely speak with the typical call centre representative who often doesn’t seem to care to help you out and are just rushing to get you off the phone as soon as possible. However, this was not the case when I called you, and I was shocked to learn that YOU, the founder of the company, were the one who answered the phone. I became even more shocked at how patient and understanding you were and how you actually took the time to speak with me, and educate me about your company and the ins and outs of debt arbitration. I didn’t feel like I was just another number, like most other companies make you feel when you call for their services. A huge weight was immediately taken off my shoulders after that one conversation alone, although the whole debt arbitration process at that point had not even begun yet. You had demonstrated your experience, strength and knowledge in your field of work, which gave me the confidence that I was actually on a good start to a road of repairing my poor financial situation. I had the comfort to actually finally sleep at night knowing I was lucky enough to have found someone like you who was going to fight for me, to help me get back on track to an improved life much faster than I would have ever imagined. Before speaking to you, I thought that it was hopeless, that I had explored every option out there, and I was millimeters away from going through with the whole bankruptcy process. I’m glad I didn’t! I don’t mean to make this so sappy, but I just wanted you to know I am extremely happy and lucky to have found you, and wanted to thank you for everything you’ve done for me. For anyone I ever meet that explains to me that they are going through financial hardship and considering bankruptcy, I will without hesitation, proudly refer them to you!

“I knew I had to give this one to someone else to solve”

Since my husband had a cerebral bleed at the end of May in 2005, everything seemed to go downwards.  I myself had a stroke and was told not to work my business anymore.
